Eric Hartmann is an experienced aviation professional with over 25 years of regional and global experience, dedicated to achieving outstanding results in every endeavor. His passion for excellence is evident in his extensive executive and leader ship roles, where he has consistently excelled. Eric’s journey in the aviation industry has taken hi macros continents, enriching his understanding of diverse market dynamics and fostering a robust network of colleagues worldwide.
During his tenure at Sky Team Cargo, where he served as Vice President of Cargo Alliance, contributing his expertise to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the global cargo network.
Having made Chile his home for over two decades, Erich as established deep roots in the country. This enduring connection with Chile under scores his dedication to the region, where he currently serves as CEO of Aeromann, leading the company’s expansion in Latin America and spearheading efforts to diversify it service offerings.
Additionally, he is a staunch advocate for aviation safety and an active representative of various industry organizations, such as TIACA.
Mark Thiermann
Director & co-founder
Chilean entrepreneur, and seasoned aviation professional, brings over three decades of experience and strategic leadership to the industry.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Mark has excelled in various roles, notably as the Regional Director for South America at ATC Aviation Services (formerly Pacific Feeder Services), he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in managing operations across 12 countries, representing 16 airlines, showcasing his proficiency in managing complex international networks.
Furthermore, Mark serves as a Board Member for various esteemed aviation and tourism enterprises. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively participates as Counsellor for the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Chile and as President of the Chilean Korean Chamber of Commerce. He also contributes to educational development and community service, serving as Board of Directors of the COMEDUC Educational Foundation.
With his extensive managerial, commercial, and operational experience as well as strategic vision, Mark continues to shape the aviation landscape, driving innovation and progress in his field.
Alvaro Ramirez

Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor for more than 25 years, with a Masters Degree in Airline Business Administration.

Alvaro Ramirez is a highly experienced commercial pilot and flight instructor with over 25 years in the industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Airline Business Administration and has a proven ability to lead and manage teams, as well as work in dependently. He boasts a strong safety record and a commitment to excellence and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
His experience includes:
- Captain TRI/TREB777/787 at LATAM Airlines (Santiago, Chile) since February 2016. In this role, he led a team of 12 pilots and flight instructors, managing the training and certification of all pilots on the B777/787aircraft. He maintained a perfect safety record.
- Flight Instructor at LATAM Airlines (Santiago, Chile) from 1997 to 2016. During this period, he instructed over 1,000 pilots in the safe operation of aircraft, developed and implemented training programs, and maintained an impeccable safety record.
